These terms govern your use of leanrise.com, operated by Lean Rise, Inc. (“Lean Rise,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

leanrise.com is an informational site about our software and AI automation services. Nothing here is a binding offer, with one deliberate exception: the audit guarantee. If the $750 automation audit turns up nothing you think is worth automating, we refund it in full — you make that call, not us. The written agreement for each audit restates that guarantee.

Estimates are not quotes

The estimate tool produces a rough, non-binding range from a few answers — it is not a quote, a proposal, or a commitment. Any actual engagement (the automation audit, a roadmap, or a build) is governed by a separate written agreement, and pricing is confirmed there.

Your submissions

When you send us your details, you confirm they are accurate and that you're entitled to share them. We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and materials on this site are ours or used with permission. Please don't copy or redistribute them without our consent.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lean Rise is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
