This policy explains what Lean Rise, Inc. (“Lean Rise,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use leanrise.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.
What we collect
- When you request the checklist: your email address.
- When you use the estimate form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), any notes you add, and the answers you select in the estimate wizard.
- Automatically: privacy-friendly, aggregate usage and performance data (pages viewed, referring source, device type, load speed) through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. This is cookieless and is not used to identify you or track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To send you the AI Opportunity Checklist you requested.
- To respond to your estimate request and prepare a roadmap or quote.
- To send occasional workshop invitations if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is performing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:
- Resend — delivers our email (the checklist, confirmations, and our reply to you).
- Calendly — schedules the automation audit when you book one. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the scheduler.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond and for our own business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from workshop invitations using the link in any such email, or by emailing us.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just ask.
